Common Questions

"What if I don't get paid?"

Contact team@savagestud.io immediately. We resolve all payout issues within 24 hours.

"Can I change my payment method?"

Yes, update in your dashboard settings anytime. Changes apply to next payout.

"What about refunded tickets?"

If a buyer refunds within 24 hours, the commission is deducted from your next payout. This is rare (<1% of sales).

"Do tips count?"

Buyers can add tips during checkout. 100% of tips go to you (no platform cut).
