How to Use Your Card

The Tap Flow

  1. You: "Want tickets to [event]? Tap your phone on my card"
  2. Them: Holds phone near your card (1-2 inches)
  3. Phone: Notification appears with your referral link
  4. Page: Shows event details + "Referred by [Your Name]"
  5. Sale: They purchase, you get credit instantly

Tips for Success

Works best when:

  • Phone is unlocked
  • NFC is enabled (usually default on)
  • Within 1-2 inches of the card

If it doesn't work:

  • Show them the QR code on the back
  • Send them your link directly
  • Check if their NFC is disabled in settings

Receiving Your Card

  • Usually same-day or next-day availability

Shipping

Replacing a Lost Card

Lost or damaged? No problem:

  1. Report it in your dashboard
  2. Old card link is deactivated
  3. New card ships within 48 hours
  4. $5 replacement fee (waived for Sprout+ tiers)
