Getting Started

How do I apply to be a promoter?

Visit promo.savagestud.io/apply, fill out the application, and wait 24-48 hours for review.

What are the requirements?

How long does approval take?

Typically 24-48 hours. We'll text or email you with the decision.

Can I be a promoter if I'm under 21?

Yes, but you can only promote all-ages events. 21+ events require you to be 21+.

Payments & Earnings

How much do I earn per ticket?

$8 cash + 100 SPROUT tokens at Seed tier. Higher tiers earn more.

When do I get paid?

Same day. Sales before 6 PM ET are paid by 10 PM ET.

What payment methods do you use?

Venmo (preferred), Zelle, or PayPal.

Is there a minimum payout?

No minimum. Even a single $8 sale gets paid out.

What if I didn't receive my payout?

Contact team@savagestud.io immediately. We resolve all issues within 24 hours.

SPROUT Tokens

What is SPROUT?

SPROUT is our native token. It represents ownership in the Savage Promote network.

What's SPROUT worth?

Expected ~$0.05 at TGE, with potential growth to $0.15-0.50+ as the network grows.

When can I sell my SPROUT?

After TGE (Token Generation Event). Before that, tokens accumulate but can't be transferred.

Do I need a crypto wallet?

No. We create and manage your wallet automatically. You don't need any crypto experience.

NFC Cards & Equipment

How do I get my NFC card?

It's shipped or delivered within 48 hours of approval. Local Tampa pickup is available.

What if my card is lost or damaged?

Report it in your dashboard. Replacement ships within 48 hours. $5 fee (waived for Sprout+ tiers).

Can I get a charm/ring instead of a card?

Charms are available at $10 (or free after 50 sales). Rings are earned at Bloom tier.

How does the NFC work?

Customer taps their phone near your card → Your referral link opens → They purchase → You get credit.

Tracking & Attribution

How do I know if a sale is mine?

You'll get an instant notification. It also appears in your dashboard in real-time.

What if someone uses my link days later?

Attribution window is 7 days. If they click your link and buy within 7 days, you get credit.

What if they clear their cookies?

As long as they don't click another promoter's link, you should still get credit. When in doubt, have them re-tap your NFC.

Can I track clicks separately from sales?

Yes. Your dashboard shows click count, sales count, and conversion rate.

Events & Promotion

How do I see which events I can promote?

Log into your dashboard. "Active Events" shows everything currently available.

Can I promote any event?

Only events listed in your dashboard. We add new events regularly.

What if I want to suggest an event?

Email team@savagestud.io with the event details. We're always looking for new venues.

Can I buy tickets through my own link?

No. Self-purchases don't count toward commissions.

Tiers & Advancement

How do I level up to higher tiers?

Reach lifetime sales milestones: 50 (Sprout), 150 (Growth), 500 (Bloom).

Can I lose my tier?

No. Once earned, tiers are permanent (unless you violate terms).

How do I check my tier progress?

Dashboard shows your current tier, sales toward next tier, and percentage complete.

What if I have a dispute about a sale?

Email us with the transaction details. We'll review and resolve within 24 hours.

Can I take a break without losing status?

Yes, but accounts with no activity for 90+ days may be reviewed.

How do I quit the program?

Email us. We'll close your account and process any pending payouts.

Platform & Technical

What devices work with NFC?

iPhone XS+ and most Android phones from 2018+. QR backup available for older devices.

Is there a mobile app?

The web app is mobile-optimized and works like a native app. Add to home screen for best experience.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your data with third parties.
